For tea and coffee thermoses and heat-preserving cups, they should be tested with boiling water only before use to ensure they retain heat. If used with anything other than water, the product cannot be returned. 7. Refunds will be processed and returned after we receive the product and verify its condition, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt if paid by credit cards or bank transfers. If payment was made upon receipt, a bank account must be provided for the transfer, and the buyer bears any bank fees if applicable. 8.
